  This is the place for smart workouts focused on strength, flexibility and body awareness. I have been training with Heather for over 10 years. Heather and Darlene are sincerely committed to your well being and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Great new studio facility in downtown Ann Arbor.

  I have been training with Darlene for the past two years in Gyrotonic and Pilates. I had been a long time runner and my body felt the effects of 30 years of pounding the pavement! I had frequent back spasms and also have a labrum tear in my hip. I currently feel healthy and happy, and I attribute it all to Joy! The trainers are all amazing and have an vast understanding about the body and injury recovery. They can custom design a program for people at all levels of fitness and age! I train right after a couple in their 80s, and right before two current NHL players. It is truly a remarkable place and so happy to have them here in AA!
