  Corporate money scam. Hours paid for personal training in advance will disappear, not to mention it takes them several months to cancel your membership fee. Trainers will spend your bought time on their phones. You won’t learn how to box unless you pay extra. On the plus side of things you can get your heart rate up if you put in the effort. In short I think they are overrated and full of cheap corporate gimmicks to get you to spend more money than you need to! Ann Arbor has real boxing gyms that I fully endorse!
